90% of the orders are finished orders well before the time limit. The other 10% might take longer mainly because we are waiting until the wood in the oven is perfectly dry to ensure the best quality.

6. HOW TO STRETCH MY EARS?
.

7. COPYRIGHT ?
We do design and produce what we sell, this require time, skill and investment.  We never accept copying models from catalogues belonging to other companies. Dvd s companies may make billions of profit for each movie, it is not the case with our products, please respect our art. We do copyright every design including the art prints before releasing it on the internet. If you are in the business and can t afford some of our designs, just buy something different. You may try to ask a company in Thailand to cheaply copy our art work with the help of their underage slaves, if you feel good about it.

8.  WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY `QUALITY` ?
Accurate size, mirror like polish, durability and certified 925 for the silver parts. Every body jewelry we sell have exclusively natural materials in contact with the skin.

9. DO YOU CARE ABOUT HUMANS?
Without big logos and convincing advertising , we are definitely running a fair trade business. We will never be the `cheapest` as we don t support slavery practices. We do not employ any underage workers (we know it is still happening in many of our competitors workshops. why that? Give them a shinny coin and the kids will polish for the rest of the month ). To each person who work with us we  offer a full meal twice a day in addition to their salary. Also, we organize regular meetings to discuss about the security and comfort of each of us.
We focus our work on providing the highest service and quality from the workers to the final customer.  We are life: Inochi.

10. DO YOU CARE ABOUT ANIMALS?
We do not arm animals for making our products. Although some models need bones or buffalo horns,  it is an animal by product . Bones are largely available and rarely used. We collect them, dry it and treat it against bacteria proliferation before using it in our plugs. The value of a living buffalo working in the rice fields is by far higher than the value of his meat and horns, the animals are not bred for their flesh as it is the case in europe and the United States, they are much more valuable alive than dead and by no means are bred for us.   The horns are never cut off living animals !
When the oil consuming machines will have replaced completely the animals in the rice fields, it will be the end of the horn carving as well. The reason we sometimes use horns is that the grain is tighter than wood and is suitable for very fine and detailed carvings/inlays. It also has a great biocompatibility and allow the skin to breath through its natural pores.

If you support veganism, choose within our large range of wooden plugs or contact us to get any vegan custom made plug.
